Beneficios y desafíos de la integración de infraestructura en la nube en la gestión de servicios de TI: una revisión sistemática

Resumen

Este artículo presenta una revisión sistemática sobre los beneficios y desafíos asociados con la integración de la infraestructura en la nube en la gestión de servicios de TI. Utilizando la metodología PRISMA, se seleccionaron y analizaron estudios recientes que exploran cómo la adopción de la nube transforma la manera en que las organizaciones gestionan sus recursos tecnológicos, impulsando su transformación digital. Los resultados muestran que los principales beneficios de la nube incluyen escalabilidad, flexibilidad, reducción de costos operativos y la mejora de la seguridad mediante tecnologías emergentes como blockchain e inteligencia artificial. Sin embargo, también se identificaron desafíos clave, como la seguridad en entornos multi-nube, la integración con sistemas heredados y la falta de personal capacitado. El análisis destaca que, a pesar de los beneficios evidentes, las organizaciones deben superar varios obstáculos técnicos y culturales para implementar con éxito la infraestructura en la nube. Se recomienda la adopción de tecnologías emergentes y la capacitación continua del personal para mitigar los desafíos.
