Abstract

The study is the result of research on the risk of extinction of three endemic reptiles Phyllodactylus interandinus, Bachia intermedia and Stenocercus huancabambae, based on a study of the physical and geographical environment of their distribution, focusing on the district of Bellavista, region of Cajamarca and the district of El Milagro, Amazonas region. The method consists of spatial analysis approached through the application of instruments such as remote sensing and remote sensors, geographic information systems and field work, allowing modeling of the multitemporal transformation of the habitat, with emphasis on the characterization of the fields. bios of land use, coverage and identification of the main plant species; and, configuration of the landscape during the period 1991 - 2015. The purpose is to contribute to the conservation of the endemic Peruvian fauna, reduce its situation of vulnerability based on a methodological model developed through the specialized software ArcGIS and ENVI; and, generate knowledge about scarcely explored native species
