Abstract
Here’s the translated text in English: This article describes the development of a web application for managing payments in condominiums, using ReactJS and TypeScript in the frontend to provide a dynamic and efficient interface. The backend was implemented with Strapi CMS and TypeScript, allowing for content management and APIs. AWS was used to ensure a scalable infrastructure. A layered programming methodology was adopted, guaranteeing the robustness and future evolution of the system. Visual Studio Code was the development environment (IDE). The application is aimed at apartment owners in condominiums, facilitating payment management and control of shared services in a simple and transparent manner. The research was based on an applied methodology with a descriptive approach, seeking to solve practical problems through technological products and collecting data on the analyzed phenomena.
