Intelligent Agent with voice recognition using Fuzzy Logic to improve the book search process in the UNAMBA Central Library
Main Article Content
Abstract
The main purpose of this research project was to develop an application to facilitate book searches at the Central Library of the Micaela Bastidas National University of Apurímac. This application aims to improve the experience for university students by using a tool that allows for book searches through voice recognition and the application of fuzzy logic, similar to the expertise of the librarian, transferred to the machine via priority rules during the search process. The software development technologies used include: the SCRUM agile methodology, the C# programming language, the .NET framework, jQuery, and the MySQL database management system.
