Asistente multimodal con inteligencia artificial para optimizar la comunicación de admisión en la UNAMBA

Resumen

La Inteligencia Artificial generativa está transformando los procesos de comunicación en la educación superior, mediante asistentes conversacionales capaces de automatizar la atención institucional. La investigación planteó como objetivo implementar un asistente multimodal con Inteligencia Artificial para optimizar la comunicación con los postulantes en la Universidad Nacional Micaela Bastidas de Apurímac. La metodología contempló un enfoque cuantitativo y aplicado, integrando análisis operacional, validación de contenido y evaluación de la satisfacción del usuario. Durante un periodo de 230 días de funcionamiento del asistente, se registraron 1,839 consultas de 348 usuarios, con una tasa de respuesta automática del 92.99 % y tiempos de atención menores a un minuto. El contenido fue validado por expertos, con un V de Aiken global de 0.889 y el instrumento EUCS mostró una excelente confiabilidad (α = 0.966), obteniendo altos niveles de satisfacción de los postulantes. Se concluye que los asistentes multimodales basados en Inteligencia Artificial se asociaron con altos niveles de satisfacción de los postulantes y constituyen una alternativa para optimizar la accesibilidad informativa y la eficiencia comunicacional, contribuyendo a la transformación digital de las universidades públicas.
