Perception of the quality of attention to students at the Universidad Nacional Micaela Bastidas de Apurímac

The purpose was to evaluate the perception of the quality of the student care service at the Micaela Bastidas National University of Apurímac. Methodology: It is of a basic type, non-experimental design, sample size 340 students, survey technique, questionnaire instrument. Results: The job performance dimension reached an average of 2.90 (acceptable), the administrative process dimension 2.90 (acceptable), the attitudes dimension 3.01 (acceptable); aspects of the academic program 2.90 (acceptable); curricular mesh 3.44 (good) and finally facilities with 2.93 (acceptable). Conclusion: The perception of quality of service of attention to the student in the National University Micaela Bastidas de Apurímac 2019 is acceptable, the perception of the student about the quality of the work performance dimension, administrative processes of the administrative level, attitudes towards the academic process by part of the teacher, aspects of the academic program and perspectives that the student has on the facilities is acceptable and finally the perception of the student on the quality of the perspective dimension on the curriculum is good.
